Regional English Support Centers (RESCs) are a part of system within the ELT structure of Sri Lanka, which aims to improve the quality of English teaching and learning. This is a unique system as it has Regional character, English resources and resource persons, a Support structure and a local Center- hence its name- Regional English Support Center or RESC in short.
